Winemaking techniques

Harvesting by machine (between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m.) to take advantage of the cool temperatures and limit oxidation phenomena. Direct pressing to obtain this very pale pink colour. Fermentation at 16 to 18°C with selected yeast that reveal the specific aromas of the rosé. Maturation on fine lees for several months. The wine is kept away from oxygen throughout the winemaking process.

Tasting notes

Pale pink colour. Intense nose with white flower and peach aromas combined with hints of lemon. Perfectly balanced on the palate, combining freshness with roundness. A finish dominated by white fruit.
