Puede servirse como aperitivo o como entrante con una ensalada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combina perfectamente con grandes vinos blancos de car\u00e1cter, as\u00ed como con rosados. Mi sugerencia es acompa\u00f1arla con un Campo El\u00edseo Verdejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a01 masa de hojaldre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3-4 cebollas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 10 anchoas marinadas (de\u00a0 Cantabria a ser posible)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 30 g de aceitunas negras<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mostaza de Dijon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sal, pimienta, aceite de oliva, hierbas de Provenza, az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precalentar el horno a 180 \u00b0C (th.6). Extender la masa de hojaldre en una bandeja de horno plana, doblando los bordes sobre s\u00ed mismos. Precocer la masa durante 10\/15 minutos (poner encima papel sulfurizado con pesos o jud\u00edas secas para que no se hinche).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar y picar finamente las cebollas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite de oliva, sofre\u00edr las cebollas. Salpimentar y a\u00f1adir unas hierbas de Provenza o tomillo. Blanquear sin caramelizar del todo y a\u00f1adir una pizca de az\u00facar al final para suavizarlas un&nbsp; poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sacar la masa, extender una fina capa de mostaza y disponer encima las cebollas escurridas, las anchoas y las aceitunas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hornear durante 10-15 minutos (dependiendo del horno), hasta que la masa est\u00e9 crujiente y las cebollas est\u00e9n bien caramelizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <em>pissaladi\u00e8re<\/em> se puede decorar con tomates y pimientos, se puede hacer sin mostaza y tambi\u00e9n sobre una masa de pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir caliente, templada o fr\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Que aproveche!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La pissaladi\u00e8re es una especialidad gastron\u00f3mica de Niza.
