Description

Winemaking techniques

Cold maceration (5 to 10ºC) for three days. Alcoholic fermentation at 26°C with selected yeast for around seven days. Post-fermentation maceration for three days. Maturation: some of the wine is matured in third-fill barrels.

Tasting notes

Bright ruby colour. Red summer fruit aromas dominate on the nose, with delicate touches of black pepper. Pleasingly concentrated on the palate, with the red fruit providing volume. Well structured with soft, supple tannins. A lingering finish with coffee notes.
