Torrontés – Alta Coleccion

Torrontés is an iconic Argentinian grape variety and takes its name from Galicia in Spain.

Description

Winemaking techniques

We perform a short maceration because Torrontés has a lot of aromas in its pulp, with the skin providing a touch of bitterness. After a slow pressing, the wine undergoes cold clarification.

Tasting notes

A beautiful straw yellow colour with subtle green touches. Fresh nose with intense Muscat-like notes: pineapple, rose. Pleasing on the palate, cleverly combining roundness with vivacity. Aromatic in the attack with floral notes in the finish.
